In the app
- Open N4S and go to Profile › Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what will be removed, enter your password and confirm.
You are signed out on every device at once and disappear from the map, search and Top Rides straight away.
Have an N4S Pass? Deleting your account doesn't cancel it. Cancel the subscription first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings › your name › Subscriptions).
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it's you. We complete the request within 30 days.
What is removed
30 days after your request we permanently remove:
- your profile: name, handle, photo, bio and About me;
- your rides and all their photos;
- photos and GIFs you sent in chats;
- your sign-in details and linked Google or Apple sign-in;
- your place on the map, your safe place and your trusted people.
Text messages you sent stay in the other person's chat, shown as from "Deleted member", so their conversation still makes sense.
What we keep
- Purchase records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- If you verified: the result and a keyed fingerprint of your document number, so the same document can't be used to dodge a ban. Your documents and selfies were already deleted 7 days after the decision.
- Reports and moderation decisions about your account, where needed to keep members safe.
